At the other end of the wires, connect one or more lights. Typically 30-60W of lights per wire. Don't worry about using more wires, they are inexpensive and having a few more provides greater flexibility of control simply by changing a setting, versus replacing wires and hardware as you would with AC wired lights.
SIBs are the connector between the port and the LEDs in the fixture. They also serve to communicate the make, model, and other features of the fixture. Some even store the runtime of the LEDs, like an odometer for your lights. This is of great value when reusing large office fixtures by knowing which have the most remaining life.
