FIELD EXAMPLE — The client changed the room
Three downlights began as one Zone. Later, the client wanted two together and one independent.
The team changed the SIBs on the lights, swapped in a SC-CV1, assigned the new Zones, and kept the wire in the wall.
Not even a new switch or wall patchwork was necessary; a double-tap or Scene can control the new arrangement.
More wattage than a Cat5 should safely carry.
Sometimes you just need a lot of power. Like cove tape lighting above a high ceiling.
Run a #16-2 wire alongside the Cat5 from the panel, or add an AC/DC adapter where you would normally power the cove lights.
The SIB-EP-PV5-300W is controlled via the Cat5, and each one can power 300W of tape lights in RGBTW or two sets of Tunable White lights. The #16-2 carries the current.
You can even use familiar 12V or 24V LED tapes, or use a SIB-EP-WLED for those fun dancing LED strip controls.
Design everything—or start with what is in front of you.

Design the rooms, loads, controls, and behaviors. Produce a coordinated system plan, parts list, and quote. Give the field team clear work and give the office a reliable project record.

Easily track progress with built-in punch list items and live completion tracking. Changes from the plan are allowed, but logged, so you'll never miss another change order or corrective action.
Ad hoc / field-led
Connect the system, let ReNetA discover what is present, then organize devices into Zones and Scenes as the project becomes clear. No other system commissions as quickly as ReNetA. Trim-out is exceptionally fast--which is a relief for the builder hoping to regain a lost day from the schedule.
Documentation is Automatic
Yep, field changes are automatically pulled into the documentation and reports, so you can focus on getting the job installed and on to the next one.
